Brioni
Two-door sideboard with decorative ring motif in natural brass. The lines of the structure, the circles and the detail of the foot recall the works of the architect Carlo Scarpa and the design of the Sixties. The structure is made of a specially manufactured blockboard for supergloss lacquering. The edges of the doors are cut at 45° on all sides, a peculiarity that differentiates Brioni from most industrial sideboards. Ten interlocking elements create the brass feet. The front doors have two recesses: one houses the brass ring - a single, unassembled piece. In the other, the recess is left, which must match the thickness of the brass when closing. The complexity of the construction made it impossible to proceed with industrial lacquering: the change of colour in the internal edge and the polishing of the recesses in the front of the doors required manual work. The interior is illuminated by two wireless rechargeable LED lamps with proximity sensor and it is enriched by cast glass shelves.
